Having travelled extensively across the world, Chef Valerio joins Prego, the fun Italian restaurant at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park bringing to the forefront his expertise and experience gained. He brings along his know how in interesting techniques and recipes from various cultures.

Chef Valerio in a short span of time of 7 years has travelled across 5 countries ranging from Colombia to Brazil and Vietnam amongst others. He joins The Westin Pune Koregaon Park from Aperitivo Ristorante & Lounge in Jakarta, Indonesia. Chef Valerio has previously been associated with Irotama Beach Resort Golf and Marina in Santa Marta, Colombia, Chenla Resort & Spa, Vietnam, Duomo 2 Michelin in Sicily Italy, Amata resort & Spa, Ngapali Beach, Union of Myanmar amongst others.

He has served guests with discerning tastes and choice and is a highly talented professional in innovative Italian cuisine. Chef Valerio has led and trained a range of chefs, assisted in development of menus and recipes.
