Truly multi-faceted, Chef Chang is skilled and more. With an ardent passion for food, Chef Chang has worked for the past 15 years and travelled across Thailand, Cambodia and India. He has had the chance to learn and experience new and interesting kitchen techniques, recipes in the culturally rich land of Thailand.
Chang hails from Thailand and has studied in Thai Government Cooking School and has inculcated the flavors and traditions of Thailand in his dishes. Inspired from his mother’s penchant for cooking, Chef Chang has done thorough research to ensure the authenticity of Thai Food.
Chef Chang has worked for various hotels and resorts in Thailand and Cambodia and has also been part of set-up, training and making new menu for varied Thai and Oriental Restaurants in Asia and Europe. Chef Chang Hollyblue, with an ardent passion for food, believes that cooking food is an art. He in his free time also likes to indulge himself in painting, photography and music.
Thai Food
Thailand is a country rich in its culture and cuisine. Thai cuisine varies according to the region but originated from Royal food like Red Curry, Green Curry, Yellow Curry, Pad Thai and Som Tam (papaya salad). The authentic taste of Thai cuisine comes from the use of herb, chili, and coconut amongst others.
Thai cuisine is very popular and is renowned for its artistic style of cooking with careful attention to the taste, look and the holistic presentation of the dish. Thai food is herbal and the use of exotic knowledge learnt from ancient time is still used in its cooking techniques.
