When India's most noted culinary celebrity takes a leaf out of the kitchen that nourished and inspired him since childhood and turns it into a book you have the perfect recipe for 'Cooking with Love'. On Friday Feb 17, 2012 Chef Sanjeev Kapoor launched his new book Cooking with Love at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park for the media and people of Pune city that has a tasteful compilation of the recipes from the kitchen of his mother Mrs Urmil Kapoor and mother - in - law Mrs Lata Lohana.

Anuraag Bhatnagar, General Manager of the hotel welcomed the media and the guests present for the launch along with Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. Martin Jones, Vice President Food & Beverage, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific was also present at the event to support the concept of mother's kitchen and its recipes in the form of the book. He addressed the media present at the launch and shared his views of the concept. The general manager took to the stage to address the event and show his support to the book launch.

The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has always been a keen participant to promote fresh home cooked meal when the Executive Chef's mother demonstrated a live workshop for its guests last year. It was more obvious that this particular book's launch would be showcased at the hotel with a live demonstration of recipes by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's mother and mother - in - law along with Executive Chef Santosh Jori's mother.
