Chef Jajo brings along with her the steaming art of Dim Sum and the sour tastings of Sushi as her core culinary forte to Mix@36 and Seasonal Tastes. Being one of the youngest Chefs who is true to authenticity of these varied cuisines, she is a natural and yet knows her craft to provide the most exclusive sit down dinners to food festivals to everyday dining.
As any other artisan worth her salt Chef Jajo would be offering her signature dim sum and sushi selection at Mix@36 from the a la carte menu and in the buffet spread at Seasonal Tastes. The Sinb Tao Asian beer pairing with the dim sum would be a special treat for all guests either overlooking the spectacular view of the river at Mix@36 or the sprawling Seasonal Tastes.
