A sushi making workshop was organized by Devesh Rawat, Director of Food & Beverage along with Chef Sameer to give the media an in depth experience of the culinary art of Canton and Japan. The interactive session saw Chef Jajo engaging into conversations with the media while rolling in some sushi and steaming out some of her delicious selection of dim sums.
The festival begins on March 15 - 31, 2012.
