Chef Shamsher Ahmed is back with his forte of teaching his tricks of the trade in Awadhi Cuisine. Tomorrow April 7, 2012 at 2.30 pm in the Kangan kitchen Chef Shamsher would teach Indian food enthusiats the art of cooking mouth watering recipes from the ancient land of Awadh, India. Century old recipes would come back to life on a platter.
